The health benefits of this combination are miraculous and they should definitely be staples in your household. Vinegar and baking soda have the opposite pH. This means that they are alkaline and acidic respectively so you can drink the mixture without harming yourself. The mixture contains vitamins A and B, enzymes, essential fatty acids, and minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, zinc, iron, and silicon. These ingredients are cheap and yet extremely efficient and you definitely should have them in your kitchen cabinet. apple cider vinegar and baking soda drink help in weight loss, but it works gradually and isn’t a quick fix.
A study published by The Bioscience, Biotechnology and Biochemistry Journal said that drinking apple cider vinegar for three months causes a significant decline in body weight, abdominal fat, waist circumference, and triglycerides. It is recommended to drink a mixture of two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with eight ounces of water before or after meals. Baking soda is commonly used as a raising agent in cake recipes, but it has a wide range of other applications and claimed benefits including helping with weight loss. an alkaline body transforms fat into muscle and energy, while an acidic body burns muscle and stores fat. It is for this reason that incorporating baking soda can help regulate your body weight.
According to the American Diabetes Association, apple cider vinegar can lower glucose up to 20% when taken before a high-carbohydrate meal. It is also effective for obesity and diabetes. Here is a tonic made of apple cider vinegar and baking soda, however, it is always recommended to consult a doctor before adopting this remedy.
